Tuition at Out Of This World Learning Academy is $9,894 per student per year ($2,473.50 per quarter). We accept the Florida Step Up for Students Family Empowerment Scholarship (FES-EO), which covers a significant portion of tuition for eligible Florida students.
No application fee. Tuition payments are quarterly and can be paid by family, by FES-EO award, or a combination of both. We'll walk you through it during your tour.
How the Florida Family Empowerment Scholarship (FES-EO) works
FES-EO covers a significant portion of tuition for eligible Florida students. Your exact award depends on grade level, family income, and the state's annual budget. We'll help you check eligibility and estimate your out-of-pocket cost.
- Check eligibility. FES-EO is open to most Florida K–12 students. The fastest way to confirm is on the official Step Up for Students site.
- Apply at Step Up for Students. You apply directly to the state-approved scholarship funding organization (Step Up). Awards are issued each spring/summer for the following school year.
- Select OOTWA on your scholarship account. Once awarded, you direct your scholarship funds to Out Of This World Learning Academy. Prenda handles the school-side processing so funds flow without paperwork friction.
- We'll fill any gap. If your award doesn't cover full tuition, the remainder is paid quarterly by your family. We'll estimate your out-of-pocket cost with you on the tour.
Out Of This World Learning Academy is not affiliated with Step Up for Students. We accept FES-EO awards on behalf of eligible families. Scholarship eligibility, application, and award amounts are determined solely by Step Up for Students and the State of Florida.
What's included in tuition
- Full K–5 academic program, Monday–Friday, August through May
- Personalized learning platform and core-skills curriculum (Powered by Prenda)
- Small-group instruction with a lead guide
- Project supplies and most field-trip costs
- Parent communication and progress reporting throughout the year
Not included
- School-day food (families pack lunch; we provide water and a daily snack window)
- Optional extracurriculars and weekend enrichment programs
- State-required standardized testing fees (if applicable)
